Every meeting requires 15 people to run. In addition to writing and performing speeches, every member rotates around the other roles which help the meetings to run smoothly.
Roles can range from Emcee-ing the evening (Toastmaster) or choosing the Topics through Evaluation and Time-keeping to simply making the tea.
Before performing each role, we all have plenty of notice (usually 2 months) and instructions to what is expected of us. We can also speak to our Mentors and other members who have done the role before.
