Woking Speakers Club can also help you to develop your leadership skills. There are many ways in which you can do this and Toastmasters International offers formal leadership awards in recognition of this.

The programme is as follows:

TM Leadership Track

Competent Leader (CL) Award

The Competent Leader award, the first stage of the leadership programme, takes the form of a manual detailing a number of projects that are worked through by the member in the course of club meetings and club administration. A 1-page table of the CL manual can be downloaded below, along with instructions and an example of how it can be used to manage completion of the CL award.

Advanced Leadership Awards
